How to Meditate 1

Basic Knowledge

First, let's talk about how meditation benefits you. It helps you concentrate and focus on something, keeps you from distractions, brings enjoyment to your life, and reduces stress, frustration, depression, and pain.

Meditation is the skill that your brain, the body could relax from all sources of distractions. So, why don’t you try it, I have easy steps that anyone could follow step by step. Let’s Go!

Step 1

Be in a quiet space, so you could concentrate. 🙂

Step 2

Sit, or lay down, whatever you want if it’s comfortable. 😃

Step 3

Close your eyes, take a big deep breath with your nose that your body expands, and exhale through your mouth. 🧘‍♀️

Step 4

Concentrate on your breathing, so you could keep yourself from distractions(if you feel like distractions are coming through your brain, you’re doing good because you never did meditation, so that sign is great just if you keep doing it your body will get used to it). 😎

Step 5

Count the breath(if you inhale that’s one, exhale that’s two, then 3, then, 4…), count through 10. 😌

Step 6

Repeat step 5. 🙂

Step 7

If you are done, just bring the calm emotion with you(enjoy the feeling). 🧘
